Renee and his crew are truly great. I’m 100% impressed with the work and even more pleased with the quality of people they were.. Knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and talented. With the pandemic, I’m forced to utilize my home office for all-day meetings... with two 4-year-olds, TVs playing and lots of noise in the rest of the house. My glass panel atrium doors let in allllll the sound. When I consulted with 4 companies to replace my doors ASAP, this was the only company to suggest replacing the glass panel and adding weatherstripping. All other companies suggest all new doors and quoted me double the cost. I’m so glad I went with Renee’s suggestion. They came the next day to measure the glass, had the new thicker glass made and came back in 2 days to build the improved doors... all before my Monday meeting :) The noise is reduced to almost nothing and I still have my pretty doors. I couldn’t be happier. Highly highly recommend!

Needed a new shower door and requested a quote and within minutes I received several quotes. Some companies wanted me to replace entire shower glass that would of costed me hundreds of dollars. Luckily Rene was able to provide best quote and make me a new durable glass door with frame that will last a lifetime. I truly appreciate the customer service I was provided and not to mention the low cost. I highly recommend Rene and staff for any door as they will without a doubt provide the best solution and price for your home or business. Very friendly staff.....

Rene and David did a great job replacing a door for me today. It required some extra work and a return trip due to some challenges with a brick porch concrete and they took great care of it. Super happy with the outcome! AND Rene was able to get the door in far faster time than I was seeing for the big box stores. (He ordered the full glass insert and built it - along with the frame). Highly recommend and will definitely call them for any future door work!

I reached out to the owner Renee initially to get a estimate/quote on a new backdoor. He was kind from the start. Later, I started having reservations after reading horror stories/articles with overall bad installs, shifts in foundations etc (not in relation to his business). I called him and asked more questions and shared my concerns to which he so kindly addressed. He even went into detail about how the door should be installed and what to look for to make sure its right. He assured me he stood behind his work/staff and that his line was open for me if I had any additional concerns. Time came for the install and one of his staff members, JC did an awesome job!! He took his time which I appreciate and didn’t take offense when I kept asking questions lol. He was very kind and the level of detail really put me to ease. My mom was there and said she would be using Door Service of Houston as well when she moves into her new place (and she’s not easily impressed lol). I believe in reviews, and use them faithfully. So I had to leave one to help out anyone else that may be just like me haha. When I move again, trust me, they will be installing my doors.

Fixed my back door that was sticking. Rushed out because we were having a party and did a great job. A couple weeks later the house settled so it was sticking just a little bit again and they came back out no questions asked and fixed it. Trustworthy and do good work. Will use them again.
